A wonderfully beautiful specimen of Fluorite from this famous US locality.
The specimen consists of beautifully formed translucent Fluorite crystals with deeper purple edge zoning. There is some Sphalerite which can be seen as an inclusion through the crystals, there is also some minor Dolomite.
Specimen is striking when backlit and also fluoresces in a beautiful ethereal lilac.
